Selected Airlines American Best Airline for first class by readers of Business Traveler Magazine (World Tourism News) service North America

Eight thousand subscribers of Business Traveler randomly selected participated 2010 passenger business Best in business travel survey. Open-ended survey selections have been submitted and finalized mid-September and now the results are in – American Airlines was named "Best North American Airlines first class service."
